The new oil 80W90 API GL 4 just arrived yesterday by delivery.
The gearbox and rear axle have been draining a week long now. To be certain the very most of old oil is gone.
Going to fill oil this evening.



Are there some archives at the Ursus factory about that trade agreement to Energic & Labourier?

Energic imported some Steyr from Austria during the 60's/70's. The tractors where just painted red & beige to Energic livery and sold under Energic's name.
A 20 to 80 hp range of models where proposed.

Nearby under PTO shaft, is another drain hole. It's low point of tractor mostly full of dirt,its worth to open and check.

In Ursus, using this lever, you can select PTO 540 independent or dependent on the tractor speed. In the Energic brochure it's written 540/1100 INDEPENDENT. Is it true? Mayby i'm reading wrong this sentece:

ARBRE DE PRISE DE FORCE :
Indépendant et à diamètre et baguette normalisés, tournant à deux vitesses: 540 tours ou 1100 tours/minute.

I will mesure the rotation speed of that PTO in those two possibilities. In the 540 position PTO is always spinning even not gear is selected, and the other makes it spin when a gear is selected.

Yes I drained the rear axle too, more water than in the front. Now it's filled up to level with new oil. I guess it's the second time those gears see day light and fresh oil. In the spring I'll drain the engine oil. For the moment it does not look so bad.

For the moment since I can remember I saw six 545 (including mine) being sold on leboncoin.fr. in about 13 years. So maybe some more will reappear soon.
Labourier PL models are a bit more common to see.

What was told, finally occured. The weldings of that transmission tunnel and the cast iron itself begins to fail once more.
I'm searching for that piece for spare to preserve my tractor.
Does anyone have that piece ?

They are available for the C-330 model new - but yours are shorter. It is possible that they would fit the orchard version. I have such new ones available, but they do not look exactly the same.

892 zł (214€) for a brand new piece that is great to hear. I was expecting much more.

It seems the 545 has the narrow type. I will take measurements tomorrow. Hoping it is only different on the outside.
It is possible that Patissier made it's one to mold "Energic" on each side, or asked Ursus to make them in Poland. Weird to do such a thing on a tractor sold under license. Bridge and gearbox are showing ZMU original molds.

I have the impression that this element in your tractor is longer than the orchard version, but shorter than the standard one.

If necessary, I can sell such elements with shipping abroad. Only if it turns out to be different from yours - then the half-shafts will also have to be replaced.

Hello here we are. The piece is 250 milimetres long.
Let me know if I have to get that away from the tractor for others measurements.

The orchard versions I have available are 215 mm. So you would have to change these elements along with the axle shafts.
