I'm logging in this forum for some advices for maintenance on C325/328/330 transmissions. I recently bought a tractor that has been equipped with that 6/2 gearbox and external reductions bridge.
It is a Energic model 545 from 1969, with a Perkins 3 cyl 3-152D delivering 45HP.
Labourier PL types seem to be build on the same mechanisms.
I'm about to do maintenance on the transmission.

What type and quantity of oil is required?
Is the hitch pumping oil from the bridge or is it a separate oil?
About that filter on the right side, is it filtering the whole oil continuously?

Widział ktoś taki temat ?.Ja już dawno ciapka z bliska nie widziałem,ale to wygląda jak skrzynia od niego.

Skrzynia wygląda na ursusa patrząc na dalsze zdjęcia w galerii. Ciekawe czy to fabryczna konfiguracja. Nie spodziewałem się czegoś takiego jeszcze z silnikiem perkinsa. Może pomysł na silnik 3p w c330 to jednak pojawił się dość wcześnie i może nie dla potrzeb samego ursusa....

Jest tu właściciel c330 i rzuci okiem? Podpowie właścicielowi jaki olej itp?

Po przetłumaczeniu w translatorze autor pyta o skrzynię:
,,Jaki rodzaj i ilość oleju jest wymagana?
Czy zaczep pompuje olej z mostu, czy jest to oddzielny olej?
Jeśli chodzi o ten filtr po prawej stronie, czy filtruje cały olej w sposób ciągły?"

To wygląda jak C-335. Ale ciekawostka!

Spróbuję zeskanować schemat i tu wkleić, ale to dopiero w niedzielę prawdopodobnie

oil enters the gearbox 23 liters.
The oil is "Hipol 6" (transmission oil GL4 SAE 85W), or "Agrol U" transmission-hydraulic oil (GL4)

It is interesting, because in Poland we only had the prototype and replicas with the c330 gearbox and the 3.152 engine.

The tractor's rear axle lift comes from the Ursus C-335, while the gearbox, scabbards and final drives are the same as in the C-330.

Thank you for those informations, I ordered 30 liters of 80w90 API GL4, that will be delivered next week. My other Energic tractors are taking that same oil.
I'm still draining oil from the bridge and side reductions. In the bridge there was water more that in the gearbox.
Side reductions seem quite watertight but oil seems original.
I added more pictures in the Google album.

Found that welded part on the right side this morning, maybe caused by a brutal drop. Seems to be strongly done and fixed. But I think I'll be soon searching for this part for spare.

Są i kolejne zdjęcia. Dolne ramiona podnośnika z czujnikami do regulacji siłowej. Naprawdę ciekawe znalezisko i to jeszcze ,,wypłynęło samo z siebie"

Stunning those URSUS where imported in France in the late 60's and 1970's.

The LABOURIER company made the models PL 35/40/45 and 55 out of them with Perkins and Cérès engines.

Welds speak of some adventure!
Better to replace them for peace of mind.
This is probably some kind of Energic license from Ursus to produce components under its own brand. They should fit Ursus C-330/335.

Maybe the prototype series of Ursus "U" tractors will interest you.

Due to political decisions, prototypes were the only ones left. Renault had little share in them, because they were also to be sold under their brand.

Obstawiam,że była to metoda na zdobycie waluty niezbędnej do utrzymania produkcji.Być może sprzedaż podzespołów była korzystna dla Ursusa,a na pewno korzystna ze względu na cenę dla zachodniego producenta.W czasach komunistycznych zakłady miały duże problemy ze zdobywaniem realnej waluty i dość często sprzedawano swoje produkty poniżej kosztów produkcji w celu jej pozyskania.
